At DocNow, we offer a flexible, wallet-based refund policy designed for your convenience. You are eligible for a 100% refund in your DocNow wallet—no questions asked—until the phlebotomist is dispatched for your sample collection.

Can I reschedule my lab test booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking free of cost up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made closer to the appointment time are subject to availability, and may not always be accommodated. Once the phlebotomist has been dispatched, rescheduling is not possible.
